At The Cally Dolls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept eligible returns under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
- Include all original contents and accessories (if applicable).
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items returned more than 14 days after the delivery date.
- Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items not returned in their original unopened packaging.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Cally Dolls cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
